The receptionist was incredibly rude during my stay, showing no interest in providing information about the property. Upon leaving for the day, I experienced a curt demand for the key, which felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. Breakfast was inadequate. they ran out of basic items like cheese and the lack of explanation made it frustrating given we had pre-paid for it.

The location is excellent, just a stone’s throw from the Loreto metro station, making it super easy to zip around the city. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds that provide a good night's rest after a long day of exploring.
